FRANK D. HEUSZEL
CEO and Interim CFO, Director

Mr. Heuszel is currently acting as the Company's interim CEO and CFO. Mr. Heuszel is a practicing attorney, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, and has over 39 years of experience in accounting and finance matters. Mr. Heuszel's law practice focuses on the regulation and operation of banks, corporate restructures, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Heuszel qualifies as an independent director and also serves on the Company's Audit Committee.

DAVID WICKER
Vice President of
Research and Development

Mr. Wicker is responsible for product awareness and the development of solutions for clients' documents and brand packaging needs.  As a member of the Wicker Group from 1991 to 1998, he was involved in security printing licensing and implementation of newly patented technology to 104 forms printers in six countries.

Mr. Wicker brings over 24 years of experience in the commercial printing industry to his position.  He developed trade techniques to provide user-friendly secure technologies, implemented through on-site technical training for web press operators around the country.

Mr. Wicker received U.S. patent No. 5,454,598 for perforations designed to thwart fraud in October 1995.  He also contributed to the development of document security initiatives and introduced "safety paper" to over 400 paper distributors worldwide.

Mr. Wicker created Document Security Consultants, Inc. (DSC) in 1995 to design security documents that applied Wicker technologies. Later Sold DSC to DSS in 2002.

MICHAEL CATON
Chief Technology Officer,

Emerging Technologies

Mr. Caton directly serves the technical needs of the DSS-patented anti-counterfeiting system with licensees.  He joined DSS in 2004 and has worked closely with Mr. Wicker to develop some of the most sophisticated anti-counterfeiting technology in the world for documents such as currency, car titles, and travelers checks.

Mr. Caton has contributed to new product development and the refinement of existing patents, and has several international patents to his name.

He brings over 29 years of experience in pre-press and printing, 25 of which have been in the security field.

Mr. Caton had consulted for the Wicker Group and Thomas Wicker Enterprises as a DSC partner while continuing his work for a variety of large printers and pre-press houses.
